You will find this section very useful in answering some questions you might have. Should your question not be answered here, you can send us further enquiries.

1. What is a virtual airline?

A virtual airline is a group of flight simulation pilots, mostly professional, brought together by a founding member who's goal was to simulate the operations of an airline, fictitious or real. For more information, click here.

2. What exactly is Pegasus?

Pegasus is the Eurostar online automated operations system. The 'Pegasus vision' started in late 2000, resulting from the need to update the previous offline (client side)-only operations system 'ESOM- or Eurostar Systems Operations Manager'. Once logged-in, you can view your logbook, flight schedules, read latest notams, request scheduled and charter flights, etc.. The Pegasus project is open-ended and will soon include over 60 pilot and management functions.

3. How can I log-in on Pegasus?

Only registered members are supplied a username and password to log-in. If you have not signed-up, click here to join Eurostar.

4. Does Eurostar Aviation support other commercial flight simulators?

Presently, Eurostar focuses on Microsoft Flight Simulator 2000 and 2002, with 98 being gradually phased out.
